All payments made for Xtra Card services are non-refundable. Once a purchase or subscription has been processed, it is considered final.

2. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Service not delivered due to technical fault from our end
  • Wrong product or package delivered due to system issue

To request a refund under such exceptional cases, users must contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction date.
